I founded HTS LLC because I want to help, help you start on your journey, help to support you, and help you succeed. Sometimes we just need a safe space, an unbiased person, a trained professional to help us sort out what we’re feeling and to help us find the right words and meanings for ourselves. And sometimes we just need to learn new coping techniques and mindfulness when we are struggling. Whatever it is, don’t feel shame or worry, we all could use help sometimes.
